💡 Kaoutar's secret

For even more flavorful prawns, don't overcook them. As soon as they turn pink and opaque, they're ready! Overcooking will make them rubbery.

❓ Your frequently asked questions

Can I use fresh bell peppers?

Of course! Sauté them a little longer (about 10 minutes) until they are tender before adding the prawns.

Is the marinade spicy?

It contains a hint of Espelette pepper for character, but it remains very mild and child-friendly.
